Talia Funnies & What We've Been Up To

Talia is a little confused by the New Testament Cartoon video that we have that talks about Jesus' Birth ("A King is Born"). She knows that the Messiah was born. She knows that Jesus loves her & that he is the Messiah... at least I think she understands that. The problem is that in the movie, King Herod says, "I, King Herod; I am their Messiah!!" & because of that she thinks "the Messiah is angry" (I have explained that the angry man thinks he should be the Messiah, but he's not really. She can tell me that... but when it gets to the part when King Herod says, "Kill Every Baby Boy!", she says, "He loves me!!!" (I don't think she totally gets it ;) haha


Also, I think I have mentioned that she names her babies odd names... Data... Judy (not that odd, just random), & now Data has an alternate name: Brianna. Also, one of her dolls has been named Misch (that's how I imagine you would spell it ;) It's pronounced "Mish" or "Meesh" depending on the day- Meesh tends to be more popular. She's so funny!

As for Ken & I, we've been pretty busy lately. Things have been taking off with photography with the warmer weather. Yesterday we spent the day photographing a wedding- I loved having Ken along for it! We had a great time, but unfortunately I forgot to apply the sunscreen that I brought & am now quite the lobster & quite sore!

Ken has been busy with school, applying for new programs for when he finishes his Masters, & of course busy being in the Bishopric. We are excited to be expecting our 2nd baby in December, & I'm excited for sickness & tiredness to end ;) We had our first ultrasound last week & it's so amazing to see what a little person this baby is already- way past that seahorse stage ;)

Once I get caught up on editing all of the photos that I have for clients, & for our family, I'll be able to post some more on this blog!
